I am excited to be the principal of Montrose Elementary School where we have the best students, the best staff, and the best families. Our theme this year is Level Up! We want to level up in reading, math, science and social studies! We want to level up our attendance and behavior, level up our celebrations and successes, level up our family and community engagement, and level up our enrichment and cultural opportunities for students.
We have big goals for the 22-23 school year. Everything we do will be focused on increasing academic achievement, keeping our students and staff safe, and embracing families and community. We will be working hard to prepare our students for a future beyond elementary school and ensure that they are truly Life Ready.
I hope that each family will come visit the school, hear our vision, and partner with us to ensure each and every student is ready to learn. With families, students, and staff all working together, I know we can Level Up!
